Dear
Joe,
We have been remiss in not writing this sooner but things have been
hectic. We did want to take the opportunity to thank you both for
making the
"custom home" experience such a pleasant one.
When we began looking for a builder, we were warned that finding
a good builder was like finding a good life partner. We would be
involved in this marriage of minds and ideas for a full year so
we should take our time and make sure we were comfortable with the
person we chose. We were fortunate because we were building a second
home and had the luxury of taking all the time needed to find the
right person. We were lucky to have found someone with whom we were
able to stay happily "married" for almost a full year!
Every marriage has its little bumps but we were able to weather
them and maintain a relationship of mutual respect. Our initial
meetings with you, Joe, showed us how creative and imaginative a
designer you are and we were duly impressed. (I never thought anyone
could be a detail-oriented as Myron but he met his match!) It is
also very evident how much you enjoy your job. Our meetings with
you showed us how knowledgeable you were about the building process
and how quickly you addressed our concerns. |
We
consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found the you. We appreciate
the fact that you were always available by phone or fax and addressed
any concerns immediately. Your honesty was always beyond reproach.
This made the entire long distance building process more reassuring
for us. We were also grateful for your intervention and attendance
(in our physical absence) at community meetings involving community
regulations regarding our home.
Again, we thank you for your honesty, guidance, input, and expertise
in helping us create a dream home we both feel meets all our needs,
desires, and more. Please feel free to have prospective clients
call us so we can share with them our positive experience. We couldn't
have asked for a more amicable "marriage."
Very truly yours,
Myron and
Jane Picoult
