know how to express my sincere appreciation for the job you did
to make this complex process over the past two years a pleasure
for us. I will not be able to recall all the things that you did,
but these are the ones that meant the most to me:
YOUR HONESTY
AND INTEGRITY. This
quality is why we selected you to handle this large project for
us. Throughout the whole time these qualities never varied.
YOUR PASSION ON THE DESIGN ISSUES. Joe,
I always felt that you were creating your own home. Your unrelenting
interest in discussing every little detail during the design and
selection process really made the house what it is today and very
special to us.

PROFESSIONALISM.
We both got emotionally caught up in the new home and sometimes you
got caught up in that. I respect you for staying calm when we didn't!
YOUR FLEXIBILITY. I appreciate you for letting me be involved
in the whole process. I don't think that there are many builders who
would have allowed me to get into the details like you did...and to
mess up a few, too!
YOUR PATIENCE. How many of your counterparts would wait this
long to collect the final payment? Thank you for the grace period.
