To Whom it may concern:
My wife and I decided to build a secondary home in Scottsdale four
years ago. We interviewed four builders and chose Tierra based on
their reputation and their willingness to work with us throughout
the planning phase. We have never been sorry. Tierra delivered a
quality home on time and what few warranty requests we’ve had
since occupancy have been taken care of promptly and professionally.

I
have now retired and our secondary home is now our primary residence.
We have decided to build another home and have contracted with Tierra.
Frankly, we didn’t talk with anyone else.
After our initial experience, our level of confidence was such that
we would not consider talking to another builder.
