They are both passionate about their work, detail oriented and have been very flexible in working with us. We have always felt that they were building not just our house, but “their” house, too.

You have been very available to us and very responsive to our needs and wants throughout the whole project. When we have questions we get thoughtful responses from them whether they agree with what we want or not. If not, they always have a valid reason and more often than not we went with their experience.

If we were to undertake another building project in the Scottsdale area, there is no doubt in our minds that we would choose Tierra
